Working with Embedded Objects in Web Pages

The program lets you use Embedded Objects in your pages.

There are two pre-defined types of Embedded Objects:

• Video
• Sound

In addition to the pre-defined types, you can use User Defined objects.

To insert an object into your web page, first create the object in Physical Layout.

To insert an Embedded Object, place the cursor where you wish to insert the object. Next, select the Insert > Embedded Object menu options. The Embedded Object Properties dialog opens enabling you to set the properties of your Embedded Object.

When you insert an Embedded Object into the page, only the symbolic icon is shown (not the object itself). To see how the page looks with this object, choose Preview Site from the Physical Layout window, and navigate to that page.
